First session
What to expect at your first visit
A first session runs a little long, because the first few minutes are for talking.
We ask about pressure and any area to leave alone. The booking page carries the rest of the intake, so none of it is on this website or in an email.
You do not need to prepare, and there is nothing you have to know.

Your first session in four steps
- 01
Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a length and a therapist online, or call the studio. A short intake comes with your confirmation, and it is the only place we ask about your health.
Sixty minutes suits most first sessions
- 02
Step 2: When you arrive
Come ten minutes early and leave your boots by the door. We show you the room, then step out while you undress to your comfort and get under the sheet.
Parking is behind the building
- 03
Step 3: What to expect
Your therapist asks about pressure and any area to leave alone, then starts. You stay covered, with one area uncovered at a time.
Ask for lighter or firmer at any point
Stop whenever you like
- 04
Step 4: Afterward
A minute to lie still, then water and a chair by the window, with tea if you like. Book your next session at the desk or online.
Before you come
What to wear
Come in what is easy to take off. You undress to your comfort and are covered the whole time.
Pressure
Your therapist asks before you start and checks again partway through. Lighter or firmer is always your call.
The right to stop
You can pause, change position or end the session at any time, for any reason.
Ask your doctor first
If you are pregnant, or have had recent surgery or an injury, ask your doctor or midwife before you book.
Your next quiet hour
Book online, or call the studio and we will find a time. Gift cards come in any amount.
