Short answers
How long is a session?
Sessions run 45, 60 or 90 minutes. Added time comes in 15 and 30 minutes. A first session runs a little long, because the first few minutes are for talking.
What do I wear?
Come in what is easy to take off. You undress to the point where you are comfortable, and you are covered by a sheet the whole time.
Am I covered the whole time?
Yes. Only the part being worked on is uncovered, and it is covered again when we move on.
Can I stop?
Yes, at any time and for any reason. You can pause, change position or end the session, and we stop right away.
How do I set the pressure?
We ask before we start and check again partway through. Say lighter or firmer whenever you like.
What happens at a first visit?
We show you the room, ask about pressure and any area to leave alone, and step out while you get under the sheet. Then the session begins.
How often should I come?
As often as suits you. Some people come once for a trip to the shore, and some come every other week through the winter.
Should I tip?
Tipping is welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay or when you book.
What if I am ill or pregnant?
If you are ill, tell us and we will move your session. If you are pregnant, or have had recent surgery or an injury, ask your doctor or midwife before you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours to cancel or move a session. If you are ill, tell us and we will move it, and a late arrival ends on time so the next client is not kept waiting.
Your next quiet hour
Book online, or call the studio and we will find a time. Gift cards come in any amount.
